The government of Punjab has approve an ADP Scheme “I.T Base Monitoring System for Improve Service Delivery in Entire Local Governments of the Punjab’ to be implemente in entire local governments of the Punjab and Directorate General, LG&CD. The project focuses on important services or functions of local governments.
Sanitation & solid waste management; HR Management Information System & Bio-Metric Attendance; E-bidding & E-Auctioning; E-billing System for taxation & fee collection; Building Control Management System; Financial Management System; Water Supply & Disposal System; Asset Management Information System; Annual Development Program; Daak Management System; Complaint Redressal System; and Performance Management by monitoring of Kris. The contract will be initially for a period of three years with an initial three months probationary period.
